Zorvyn Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zorvyn. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Zorvyn regarding your use of the app and related services. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it immediately.

2. Service Description

Zorvyn is a mobile watch-styling tool. You can select a portrait photo and built-in watch materials on your device, generate a natural watch-wearing result with on-device local AI, and then save, edit, or share your work locally.

The product is designed to be lightweight, fast, and privacy-first. Image processing and generation happen on your device. Uploading face data or biometric facial data is not a condition of using the service.

3. Local Processing and Privacy Commitments

To protect your privacy, Zorvyn expressly commits that:

1. No face or facial information is collected: the app does not collect, upload, or store facial information for identity recognition.
2. No biometric facial data is collected: the app does not collect face templates, facial biometrics, or similar biometric facial data.
3. No third-party AI services are used: image generation does not rely on third-party cloud AI APIs and is performed by local AI on your device.
4. No sharing with third parties: the app does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your images, works, or related user data with third parties.
5. Local retention: photos you select, generated results, and related cache remain on your device.
6. Deletion: when you delete images, works, or clear cache, the corresponding data is removed from your device.

4. Eligibility

You may use Zorvyn without creating a traditional account. Some features (such as coin purchases and subscriptions) are completed through your Apple ID and the App Store. You agree that:

• you have legal capacity to accept these Terms, or you have guardian consent where required;
• your device and Apple ID comply with Apple rules;
• you will not use the app for unlawful or infringing purposes.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You are responsible for the photos you select, generate, and share. You must have the necessary rights and ensure your content does not infringe portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of others.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• uploading or generating illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, or harassing content;
• attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app;
• abusing in-app purchases or engaging in fraud;
• bypassing these Terms or platform rules in any way.

6. Virtual Goods and Subscriptions

Zorvyn offers coins (consumable virtual currency) and Premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple payment and refund policies.

• Coins may be used for generation and related features as shown in the app;
• Subscription benefits, auto-renewal, and cancellation are described in the Subscription Terms;
• Unless required by law or Apple policy, virtual goods are generally non-refundable after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

The Zorvyn name, branding, UI design, built-in watch materials, software code, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, rent, distribute, or commercially redistribute them without written permission.

You retain rights in your lawfully owned content and lawful outputs. You grant the app a limited permission to process that content only to provide the service on your device (local processing, no third-party sharing).

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

• generated results will meet all of your aesthetic or commercial expectations;
• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• the app will be fully compatible with every device or OS version.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, system updates, accidental deletion, or permission changes. Please back up important content yourself.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zorvyn and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the disputed feature, if any.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published in the app or on related pages and become effective upon publication. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.
