Zorvyn Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Zorvyn ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information related to the app is handled. Please read it carefully before use.

Zorvyn is built around a privacy-first, on-device approach: image generation is performed by local AI on your device, and related content remains on your device by default.

2. What We Do Not Collect

To be clear, we specifically state that:

1. We do not collect face or facial information: we do not require you to upload face photos to a server for face profiling, and we do not perform remote face recognition or face database building.
2. We do not collect biometric facial data: we do not extract or store faceprints, facial feature vectors, iris data, or other biometric facial data.
3. We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services: generation does not call third-party cloud AI services and does not send your images to third-party AI providers.
4. We do not share user information or data with third parties: we do not sell, rent, or exchange your user information and image data with advertisers, analytics vendors, or other third parties.

3. How Local Processing Works

When you use generation features:

• photos you select from your library are read on your device;
• watch materials come from built-in app assets;
• local AI processes image generation on your device;
• results are saved in a local works folder on your device;
• all information stays on your device locally, and uploading face or biometric facial data is not required.

4. Local Data That May Exist on Your Device

To provide features, the app may store the following information locally on your device (not uploaded to our servers for face recognition or third-party AI):

This local data is not "uploading face information or biometric facial data to a developer server."

5. System Permissions

We request permissions only when needed for a feature, for example:

• Photos / Library: choose images and save works to your album;
• Camera (if enabled): capture a photo for local processing.

You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings. Related features may stop working, but revoking permissions does not cause us to collect face or biometric facial data.

6. Purchases and Apple

Coin packs and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store / StoreKit. Payment details are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. Purchase-related status may be stored locally on your device to unlock features.

Apple processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Separately, Zorvyn itself continues to commit that it does not collect face or facial information, does not collect biometric facial data, does not use third-party AI services, and does not share user data with third parties.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share user information or data with third parties.

• we do not provide images to third-party advertising or analytics platforms;
• we do not send content to third-party AI platforms for training or inference;
• we do not sell user data.

Only if required by applicable law and lawful process may we respond to competent authorities. That does not change the product design of local processing and no face/biometric facial data collection.

8. Retention and Deletion

Because data mainly stays on your device:

• you can delete individual works in the app;
• you can use Clear Cache to remove temporary files;
• you can uninstall the app to remove app sandbox data;
• you can manage exported images in the system Photos app.

When you delete images or cache, that data is removed from your device.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to reduce unauthorized access risk for local data, including reliance on iOS sandbox isolation, on-demand permission requests, and avoiding unnecessary data transfer off device. Please protect your device unlock method and keep your system updated.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be shown in the app or communicated in another reasonable way. Continued use means you acknowledge the updated policy.
